Can anyone recommend a good processor south or west of Austin? I've never hunted in that area before and need suggestions.
Thanks a bunch!

The Buck Stops Here on Hwy 290 between Austin and Dripping Springs. They made great jerky last time I used them.

I've always heard goood things about Hudsons. Have had some of their sausage and jerky (through a friend) and it was good.

Granzin’s in New Braunfels is worth the drive, Johnny G’s is good too.
Hudson’s is the worst I have ever tried.

I've had great things there but the last time I got sausage made the same type of sausage was three different colors from pack to pack.

I won't use Hudsons..as I want MY meat I live in Austin and our lease is between Seguin and Stockdale Johnny G's does a great job as does Bon Ton in Uhland (just west of Kyle, between it an SH130) Used Johnny Gs for a long time and started using Bon Ton last year I mix it up a bit between the two so the sausage varies in taste oh, and The Rust between Seguin and New Braunfels on 46 does a good job. https://www.therustgameplace.comhttps://www.facebook.com/bontonmeatmarket/
