I need to find a lease for the next few years out there because my kids are going to Texas Tech and I would like to find a lease close enough to where they can have a short drive for the weekend and I can use as an excuse to go see them. Any leads would be greatly appreciated.

I remember when the Pitchfork was $3k on here! I still never got the PM for what I could set you up with... Same with $100 doe hunts I listed here and sold them all on Craigslist. Not sure why people are so interested and disappear so it goes to someone else!! Same with our lease opening years ago...
