Sooo.....short story long here -

We have 4000 acres on highway between Eldorado and Menard in Schleicher county. Half the ranch is on North side of highway and hunting is leased year round. Other half of ranch is on South side of highway for our personal family hunting. Our Family never kills much but we do have a gentleman and his two sons that come every year and kill a few deer.

We need to kill some more deer this year and would like to offer a hunt if anybody is interested. It's $2500 for a buck, all the does you have tags for, turkey and hogs. If you want to shoot another management buck (7 points or less) its $500.00. You can hunt for 5 days and will need to stay in a motel in Eldorado or Menard.

Ranch has a full time employee that takes care of cows, fills feeders, and manages the property. There are 9 blinds to hunt from, the property is low fenced, and my relatives own all the property that surrounds us. I went out this year during the rut and saw probably 8 bucks per blind in the mornings so there is no shortage of deer.

We hunted the "Figure 3" ranch for years. Stevie Wonder could shoot deer out there. High density with some good bucks.

Figure 3 Ranch is maybe 10 miles from us. I've heard over the years this area has some of the highest deer density in Texas.

Hunted the Figure 3 back in the late 60's. Best friend got struck and killed by lightning while we were bow hunting. Bill Ray was the foreman at the time.

So far this year, 4 bucks have been killed on the 2000 acre parcel we are offering for sale. 2 were management bucks and the other two were these below. The first buck is a hunt that was donated to a charity auction and the second buck was killed by the gentleman and his sons that comes every year.
