Screw head in my microwave trim peice is no good. How do I get it out? It might still have a little bite left

can you get a dremmel on it ? if so you can cut a slot in it. Also spray some penetrating erl on it and give it a day or two . Then put some force on the screwdriver and try to turn out. 98% will be CCW turn. Righty tighty , lefty lucy.

Buy a new microwave and be done with it. That’s what I’m in the process of doing , duhh If your changing out the microwave and just need trim off with no plan to replace trim, just drill the head off.
If the 2nd amendment was written just to include guns for hunting, why is there not an amendment to protect fishing poles?

Use a drill bit the same size as the screw head itself and carefully drill it away to the screw body, remove the trim then vise grips to get the remaining body out.
