can you get a dremmel on it ? if so you can cut a slot in it. Also spray some penetrating erl on it and give it a day or two . Then put some force on the screwdriver and try to turn out. 98% will be CCW turn. Righty tighty , lefty lucy.

If your changing out the microwave and just need trim off with no plan to replace trim, just drill the head off.

Use a drill bit the same size as the screw head itself and carefully drill it away to the screw body, remove the trim then vise grips to get the remaining body out.
