Sounds like some people. “They are partially used to us in the vehicles. They generally let us approach to within about 50-70 metres, but some days they are both inclined to be grumpy and then you need to give them space,” he said.

Such majestic animals, it would be tough for me to hunt one unless it was a real spot and stalk in a huge area. (Mvuu is Shona for hippo. The lion wears a collar with a tracking device fitted four years ago by scientists from Oxford University’s Wildlife Conservation Research Unit (WildCRU). They gave him his name after they spotted him chasing a hippo).

Ask me after your out in the bush with 5 lionesses surrounding you.
More correctly I expect you would never purposefully hunt a lion. I would under the right circumstances, but as of now I have no desire to.
Now a cape buffalo at 20 yards by bow? You bet. At the least it would be a good way to die.
No matter how high a duck flies a hammer still breaks a window.

It's now common for hunters to give names to deer they see and track in photos.
Just sayin.

Beautiful cat!
My old man shot a big male lion in the Kalahari in the late 80's. Tracking cats or 15 days until catching up with a big male, that's exactly the way I want to do it.
