Sometimes you just got to do something to prove you can.. Early Friday morning I took a little ride down to the river bottom and cut a hickory sapling to make a hunting bow. With a couple of hours in the shop I had a working longbow to hunt with.. Warm humid windy weather really put a damper on the hunting but overall it was a wonderful day.
