BOOM! Federal court says Apple and Google have to turn over to the feds the ATN user data on those who downloaded the gun scope mobile app...

Not saying this article isn't accurate but I can't find any evidence saying the court has ruled on this. I'm seeing all the articles and evidence from September when the news broke of the Feds applying for a court order to force the tech giants to release the info but I can't find anything new showing a court has ruled on the petition.

This article doesn't provide any evidence besides saying "Federal court tells Apple & Google to share data of over 10,000 gun scope app users..." Again, not saying it hasn't happened but I'd like to read more about the court's decision. Maybe it happened yesterday and the news outlets haven't picked it up yet?

I believe the article is a rehash of the old request. It doesn't say that a court has ruled on Apple and Google's appeal. I think that may be a long time coming.
