Hello everyone, I’m new to hinting and I’m looking for some tips on how hunting and anyone that hunts the granger tx public land, that needs a hunting partner, I keep hearing it’s not safe to hunt alone, but I’m having no choice. I found the THF and I going to try looking here. If anyone wants someone to hunt with please let me know. Going for hogs this year and anything really I can hunt for now.

Hogs will be it becauee deer is draw only at Granger. Welcome to the forum. Hunting alone isn't dangerous but you will sure learn faster hunting with an experienced person. If you can afford a paid hog hunt you will at least get a taste of how things work as well as some possible success.
Good luck!

No matter how high a duck flies a hammer still breaks a window.

Hogs, dove, and waterfowl are fair game. Hogs are archery only however. I go out alone all the time. Perfectly safe. Thinking about going tonight in fact. Pm me if you want. Im by no means an experienced hunter but sure dont mind company.

All of the above. Only killed dove so far. Rabbits and squirrels too but they've only been by-catch. Hogs are super tough out there but super fun too.

Nice, I just started hunting this past dove season, want to get into duck hunting. I am hoping to get a set of decoys and just walking in granger and just trying it out.Not excepting to get a damn thing lol. Maybe we can meet up if your offer still stands one day, always trying to learn from experienced people.
