This video got me to thinking about all of the chef`s / cooks I have watched over many years , probably dating back to the 80`s on PBS. The one`s I remember are Julia Child, Jacques Pépin, Justin Wilson, James Smith, Jamie Oliver, Martin Yan(can Cook), Sara Moulton, Rick Bayless, Steven Raichlen, Jeff Smith, Grahm Kerr, Chris Kimball, Paul Prudhomme, Natilie Dupree, and Martha Stewart. I still watch them weekly and really enjoy most of them. Can you list any that I didn`t list and who were your favorites.

I always liked Justin Wilson. Lately I've been watching Kent Rollins on YouTube.

Sara Moulton was executive chef of some magazine, she made more goof ups than than many others combined. My favorite was the Two Fat Ladies, they made a lot of rustic dishes.

Jeff Smith (The Frugal Gourmet) was my favorite. I have a couple of his cookbooks.

I never did hear the details of the accusations that brought him down. Pity.

Create TV has the old shows for some. My favorite is Kevin Belton.

I enjoy me some Steven Raichlen, I like how he shows a variety of ways to make every dish, it's never the same.

Was in the hospital Nov. 1-22 and watched several of his shows, liked his cooking. Made some bisquits using yeast and baking powder.

He's a good teacher. I hate cooking lifestyle shows. just cook. Frugal gourmet was an example.

Still my favorite of the cooking shows. Never cook with a wine you will not drink. Always "told you a story" The manwas a hoot in his comedy acts also.

I'd just like to have his grills!

He must have access to a couple of hundred different styles of grills.
