So, ole smoke ‘em joe knows that we can see right through him. We’ve called him out time and time again. He knows that he won’t be received well. Yet, he keeps coming back. Exposure, maybe? And he wants us to believe that he isn’t in it for a free ride.

I don’t feel bad for him, his lame sponsors, or the people that buy that crap. There’s so much writing on the wall, you’d have to be stupid to fall for any of it.

It’s not like any of the regulars around here don’t know the truth about him, but it is satisfying to see it confirmed by a third party. Makes me want to book a hunt just so I can hear more about it.

Lets say his blind is in Lampasas county and he has already shot his two buck limit on the Lampasas side. Next day he shoots a buck out of that same blind in Lampasas that overlooks his feeder in Burnet County is this legal?

Yeah the Big South Texas experience gone awry. Where the ranchhand, pseudo guide got busted by LO for having JT and others hunting the property. Two to three seasons ago if memory serves me.

It is where the deer is standing when it is shot. So if the deer is shot while standing in Lampasas county, then it has to be tagged in lampasas county.. If it is shot while standing in burnet county, then it is tagged in burnet county. Already confirmed wit the game wardens about this. I can even sit in the same blind if I want and have a feeder in each county, since it is where ever the deer is standing when it is shot.

Wrong, Lampasas is an AR county, which allows one buck over 13 inch spread and a second one with an unbranched antler (ie spike)

Burnet is a two buck county without restrictions.

So the part of your property in Burnet Co. is a pretty long skinny triangle shape piece about 1 acre.
