No way. I gave up flying several years ago. I burned out of flying while I worked. My wife and I used up all my free miles and I quit.

I would be cautious. I got my pilot training from crusty old pilots, one flew for Pan Am, 707’s and 727’s and the other flew for TWA and some business jets after TWA. I follow their advice, and after hearing how those foreign planes are maintained and the level of training of the foreign pilots, I will choose carefully. Who really knows, we may be just as bad off here, but I don’t think so.

I wouldn't fly on most foreign airlines, but the top tier from, Western Europe, Japan, and Canada would be acceptable.
