I haven't posted here much as moved from AZ about a year ago and now that hunting season is here just learning new ground, meeting people, etc..but I've been on the forums from time to time.
I was lucky to kill this unique 8pt on a low fence fair chase hunt in N tx on Friday. It was an incredible day..I was in the middle of several ruttin bucks and passed on a few Smaller bucks mid afternoon knowing evening might produce. Well, evening produced this buck right before Sundown and I figured I better make hay while the sun still shines.
I've been asked score on it my guess is mid 130s but I don't care too much I'm thrilled with This buck! And I had a great hunt.
great buck and im guessing upper 130's on him. lack of spread always results in underscoring and only thing keeping him from 140's is lack of mass as he's got crazy tine length. Welcome to tejas, what part of state you kill him in?
