Been really slow year so far. The cold spell really had them moving today. Straight 10, with split brows
5 bucks in the field this evening. 19.5" spread.

Yes, model 70, featherweight, 270 win. 130 gr Hornady, bonded. Rifle wearing a straight 6x Leupold glass. I have killed elk, mule deer, many, many hogs, and too many white tails to count with it. It's my confidence gun.

Thanks for sharing that info. IMO, the tool that was used to complete the task is just as important as the abilities of the one who used it. It's like sharing what someone used to land an 8 lb bass.
