A trick we learned last year. When you hang him if you want to pose them for pictures put a board hind his horns which holds his head up and in position. As rigamortis sets in, he'll hold the position. Also we stretch his body our while on the ground with his legs spread. Here's my buddies deer he got this weekend showing how we do it.
