This thing was huge. I had one with my mom one day and then went back for another with my brother. All meat in these pics with breading. No big chunks of breading like some. Got a sweet potato the first time then regular mashed potatoes the 2nd time food

Would. I always take my gravy on the side.

I’m in the minority here, CFS is a breakfast food. CFS over biscuits open face with hash browns, topped with eggs over easy, gravy, Tabasco sauce.

I can’t stand beef cooked done and nobody makes a rare CFS, although SweetyPies Ribeyes tried and failed.

You sound like a buddy of mine who's meat motto is: It can never be to bloody as long as it is not cold! (or something like that?)

If I’m eating at a quality steakhouse, Perry’s-Ruth’s Chris-Del Frisco’s- then I’ll order black & blue which is essentially rare with a cool red center.
