Looks good but that would last me 3 days. my brother finished his before I even got 1/2 of mine done Let's just say I didn't eat dinner after that lunch. Ok I'll confess I did eat some fresh crappie one of the lease members cooked up after that first one

I’m in the minority here, CFS is a breakfast food. CFS over biscuits open face with hash browns, topped with eggs over easy, gravy, Tabasco sauce.
I can’t stand beef cooked done and nobody makes a rare CFS, although SweetyPies Ribeyes tried and failed.

If I’m eating at a quality steakhouse, Perry’s-Ruth’s Chris-Del Frisco’s- then I’ll order black & blue which is essentially rare with a cool red center.
