I portion it out, vacuum seal it, then reheat using my water immersion circulater, best way I have ever found. One thing I do is save the juice, put it in the fridge to separate the fats and liquid, then skim the fat off and put a couple spoons of the juice in each bag.

What temp do you reheat to?

I reheat at 250-275 which is what I cook at, last time I did it I did it for an hour I think.

Same as above I vacuum pack it and reheat in warm/hot water. I just heat it a little warmer than wat I want it to be when I eat it.

I set my PolyScience to about 185 when reheating BBQ, I also use this method for chili, soups, pasta and sauces. Works very well to be able to toss one in the water bath from the freezer and leave for 1 to 4 hours and have a hot meal ready when you get back. Here is a link to the vacuum sealer and PolyScience I use

Glass baking dish, throw some sauce on it, cover with foil. Set oven at 300 and wait til you can smell it. Take out and eat!

Wrapped and in the oven. I hate what microwaves do to meat.

I do the same thing. I add some beef broth so it add moisture back to the meat. Microwaves were made for popcorn and baked potatoes.
