And lots of it, 3" so far and boy did we need it here in Breckenridge. Have only received 1" total since July 8th here at the ranch. Wheat fields should take off now.

Our place is 10 miles SW of Breck - ranch roads will be interesting this weekend!

Looks like my place got 0.6 inches. Not as much as I hoped, but better than nothing. I was out there last weekend - disappointed to see my oats still not out of the ground. They are starting to sprout but haven't made their way above soil. Hoping this little bit of rain will give them a boost.

Used to dread when it rained... but with the lack of rain over the past few months... I get excited anytime I see rain in the forecast now.

It's been drizzly and foggy for a couple of days. Had some good rain at 0300 today. Looks like a break for a few hours but back towards Midland theres a pretty good line headed this way. Our fields have sprouted and are looking good.

So far, 1.6 inches South of Bowie. I needed it bad and still need a lot more. I didn't have enough sub soil moisture to plant wheat.
