I was on a quail lease just north of lake O H Ivy. The couple who owned a bait shop and rented out a few cabins were named Bradshaw. Terry was said to be related. They invited him to a family reunion. He asked to be paid.

It is in Oklahoma and it is a horse ranch. Wouldn't be even slightly interested if I had Bill Gates money.

He's a piece of work for sure. Back in the day when I had some restaurants he showed up in the bar at one in El Paso (visiting with Lee Trevino for some reason) Wanted his drinks comped, and I said very "politely" - well sir you can afford it and the cocktail waitress will be bringing you your check. My Mom lived about 20 miles east of there. Her small place ( about 50 acres) will be for sale early next year.

That place has been on and off the market for years. He's building a house near Gainesville so I guess he's serious about selling this time.

I served a lawsuit on Terry Bradshaw in 2011-12. Imo, he us a complete jerk. Hate the man personally, he also ruined his reputation in Grapevine. Willhoiits (sp) restaurant kicked him out due to him being an azzhat.
Finally served him papers at his circle 12 Ranch in Southlake,
Not a fan.
I have a ton of details about the man, but I do not share, publicly.

Never met Terry but played poker a few times with his brother Craig here in FloMo. He is a decent guy.

TP&W netted thousands of turkeys and traded them to Hawaii for some kind of stupid fish. Worst trade ever.
