Went to TXPW Enforcement Office in Tyler trying to find a State of Federal trapper, that was a total waste of time.

Any one know how or where to get hold on one?

I need to have some beavers, otters and coyotes removed.

Thanks

USDA, probably an agent in your area as well. Your local ag agent should also know.

Usually you can contact a county commissioner for a state trapper, or that's how it used to be.

Sometimes you have to do stuff for yourself.

Used to be called TADC.
Now I believe it’s under the USDA.

Pretty sure in Texas you have to hire someone or do it yourself. We don't subsidize it here. Oklahoma subsidizes it though and some other states.

We have a county trapper but not all counties do. They work for the Wildlife Services for the state. I just spoke to our county trapper and he is checking if they have anybody in your area. When I hear back from him, I'll let you know.

Beavers are cutting down trees and digging holes in my fishing jetty out into the lake.

Otters are eating a lot of my Florida bass.

Our county trapper gave me the information you are needing. Tyler is in the Fort Worth District of the Wildlife Services. The contact number is 817-978-3146. Good luck on your problem. Keep us posted on the resolution of your problem.
