Like the set up, I sat in the woods this morning and only saw one deer, the other two guys were covered up with deer. I moved this afternoon to a more open area.

This was my weekends set up. Saw one spike this weekend. I was hoping for more since I saw a lot of deer with this set up last year. Nothing was moving.

5:18 go call from bro, he had shot at deer, while on phone a six point walked under his stand... Let it walk...
5:33 left me area, seen a big doe at edge of field... Eased twards were my bro was.. He had seen the buck,
it was laying down. So we went back ta truck. & then town dropped off our mom... It was raining , we debated
ta wait, hoping deer expire... Called friend for help...
We got aceThe deer had moved, finaly found blood, had decent trail, then nothing... Followed path it was heading, & found it, gutted it, & was a 50yrd drag up hill. bang getting too old, feeling it this morning.. The rest of drag was pretty much down hill... Not sure what weight, big bodied, older deer. 15" roughly inside ta inside... Right antler deformed. ...
grillen & chillen time..
Up early this morning hauling hogs...
Best wish's...
Keep your head held high & your powder dry...
