- One person lease. Not looking to fill an empty spot on a multi-person lease.
- Between 50 and 200 acres, ideally mostly wooded with a creek
- Big bucks not a priority. Just want to see a good amount of deer.
- Would like to bring my father occasionally when he visits from out of state
- Budget is flexible
- I am 35 years old, married with a newborn son, have an established career, very respectful, and will treat your place well. Hoping to find the right place and be invited back for many years to come.

Bonus points if the land has good duck hunting opportunities, but by no means a requirement.
