Venison chorizo breakfast on the discada is awesomeness food grill

B&K's in Bronte makes a really good venison chorizo. I usually get 10lbs of it for every deer I take.

My normal is something sweet and coffee, and a full load of coffee in the thermos to the stand. I have a few bottles of water I put in the stand and some peanut butter crackers. I will stay in the stand most of the day Sat. Saturday night will be Bubba's BBQ. Then some Makers Mark, WL Weller 12 year, or Knob Creek. I will have to see what i'm in the mood for! Good Luck everybody!

I bought some Cowboy burgers from HEB for the crew on Friday night. Everyone this year seemed as though they wanted to go their own route for Saturday night so I just got a couple of beef K-bobs in case I needed something. We have a couple of Fire men that make breakfast and that goes well with everyone. I'm gonna bring some trail mix and stuff for the blind. Got beer and a flask of Larceny Bourbon for the cold. I alway sleep in the blind Friday night as a ritual, flask might come in handy, except for waking up on time.......

We have a pretty large crew - so everything from steaks, ribs, chicken, smoked sausage, chili, cowboy potatoes.
