OP Buzzsaw THF Celebrity B Joined: Jun 2011 Posts: 33,946 Frisco	Tom thumb will sell these every now and then $10.99#. The are the "heads" off the tenderloin (PSMO). They are choice Angus, thought I would give one a shot. Wrapped in Wrights Apple-wood Smoked Bacon. Thought it would take 3 hours, just took an hour but I missed the temp and over cooked the damn thing kinda medium well It was still very good and tender went with Purple hull peas we bought at Coopers in Fairfield. Oh the Raspberry wine was purtty good too.
