Just finished this belt for my nephew. Nothing crazy, just a basic basket weave on 12oz Hermann Oak leather split down to 9oz, lined with 2-3oz pigskin. Hand stamped and hand sewn.

You have a very steady hand and good eye to keep those lines that straight and even. You have a very good stamp.

Thanks guys. I hope he likes it because he won't wear it out anytime soon. And I'd hate to get a whoopin with it.

I finally bought a Barry King stamp. Should have done it a long time ago, very well worth the money. I already have another one on the way and in the process of getting a very small one made by Clay Miller. I really like the way small basket weave looks but it's pretty much impossible without a high quality tool. This one is good for belts and larger pieces but is as big as I would want.

I forgot to ask, how much time goes into a project like this?

Thanks for the compliments retfuz. That one is 1 1/2" wide. I've never put a timer to it but probably about 5-6 hours of actual work time with at least 2 hours of that is sewing. It's all hand sewn. I also spend a good bit of time finishing the edges making sure they are nice and smooth.
I ordered a custom buckle and need to get busy building myself a new belt now.
