I bought one off here a few years ago but have never got on it. Wife uses it every day for her back though! She loves it!

It took me a while to figure it out, but my back and foot pain was the result of bad knees and nerve issues related to muscle atrophy, from the bad knees. I did leg exercises for several months and everything was fixed. Just a thought If you haven't tried it.

My son is an auto mechanic, bending over engines all day. He developed back problems years ago and ended up going to a chiropractor every two weeks just so he could keep working. He would have gone every week if he could have afforded it. After about two years of that, a sports doctor who's car he was working on recommended an inversion table, which he now uses for about two minutes every day. No chiropractor and no pain meds since he got the table. Last year I began to have pain in my right hip that began keeping me up at night. I'm 75 years old with a history of heart problems. Asked my cardiologist if it were OK to use an inversion table. He said "absolutely, I use one myself". I bought a $120 inversion table on Amazon and use it once or twice a week when I first detect the hip starting up again. No nighttime pain any more. https://www.amazon.com/Innova-ITX96...sion+table&qid=1572224654&sr=8-4My son goes completely vertical for a minute or two. I can't do that. But a forty-five degree tilt does the job for me. As hopalong said, the trick is to learn to relax your muscles when using the table. Once you do you can feel the pressure releasing along your spine.
If you can't laugh at yourself, give me a call. I'll gladly laugh at you. "I keep trying to see Nancy Pelosi's and Chuck Schumer's point of view, but I can't seem to get my head that far up my [censored]." Senator John Kennedy, Louisiana

Best thing I ever bought. You have to relax. Starting off, it also helps to exhale completely

My Uncle uses one. He does work on heavy diesel equipment (used too) and up and down and up and down over the years wore out his knees and back..... He said he feels like a teenager. After using it.

Absolutely! I have 3 dislocated discs in my lower back that used to give me HELL, crippling pain. For many months I went to the Chiropractor 1-2 times a week but only got worse, & spent a fortune paying out of pocket. I ended up buying a $150.00 inversion table from Academy, took a few weeks but made all the difference. I went straight vertical went I bought it, and it hurt. So I worked myself into it starting at about a 45 degree angle for 5-10 minutes a day until I could hang vertical. Once I learned how to relax it really started working. Taking muscle relaxers before I inverted also helped.

When I have done something or other to jack up my back I have hung by my arms and relacxed and it seems to have helped. The inversion tables are where I got the idea.

My father uses one and swears it helps. He probably doesn’t use it enough, but if he gets a kink or a knot he’ll be on it for a couple of days and says it works.

I bought one but bad knees kept me from using it. Gave it away

^^This^^ Have to learn to relax and ease into the inversion. Going full inverted right out of the gate will make some pass out.

Have had one for about 4 years, my dad has had one for around 6 years. I know the surgeon that recommended them said all the Doc's in there offices use them daily for keeping the spine str8 and loose.
I know mine has several times made the difference if I could walk without much nerve pain some days.
