I bought some thin steaks and made some roll ups.
I pounded the steaks thinner, then seasoned with Uncle Chris’s Steak seasoning.
Some I stuffed with sautéed garlic mushrooms.
Some I stuffed with sautéed onions and jalapeños.
Rolled them up and wrapped with a few pieces of bacon.
Baked them in oven, they were pretty good.

They look good. How long did you cool them?

Thinking it was around 40-45 minutes at 375.
I think my oven cooks slower than most ovens.
Just till bacon is done to your liking.

Those are boneless arm (shoulder) steaks. Were they tender?

Yes they were.
I bought them on sale, I also worked them over with a tenderizer meat hammer to thin them out.
They were really good.

I have been wanting to try something like this myself. I had not thought about wrapping bacon around the outside and then baking the dish. Thanks for the idea.

I was going to place my stuffed rolls in a pasta sauce and them simmer until done after I browned the outside in a hot skillet.

Luck favors the prepared mind.

That sounds great!
The variations are endless.
I do venison steaks a bunch like this with cream cheese and roasted green chile, then wrap in bacon and cook on the smoker.
Everyone loves them.

I'm of the opinion that even a cow flop would be tasty if stuffed with Jalapenos and cheese and wrapped in bacon.

While I believe bacon does wonders on lots of things remind me to not eat at your house when you do the bacon wrapped cow patties.
