They do roost in shallow water, we used to hunt a roost every weekend out near Hereford while I was in college. They still kept coming back everyday though..... wasn't another body of water for miles.......

I recall meeting a nice, older gentleman at some sort of business seminar in San Antonio. He lived in Beeville. I was hunting just outside of Beeville and told him so. He wanted to know where. I explained it was out 202 by the gas plant. He hunted nearby. We described out different ways of getting in and we knew we hunted very close together. He had to be somewhere south and just east of us. I described the pasture on our SE fence line and all the shots, driving at night and the perceived notion that we would let deer go and those there guys in that pasture were shooting all of them. He indicated that was exactly what was on his NW fence line and that pasture certainly separated us. He described their rules and what they were doing and they were pretty much on line with what we were doing. We just knew our hunting could be even better if not for that durn pasture in between us.

Imagine our mutual surprise when we met up on that there particular fence line one afternoon. Of course, he was on one side and I was on the other side. Yeppers, there wasn't anyone else in between us, only the mutual misperception that the people across the fence were bad, very bad. That wasn't the case at all and we both could do nothing, but laugh at ourselves.

Just a thought - control that which you actually can control and don't sweat about other people's business. Remember, just a thought.

Think they can handle my Multi-Ethnic Jesuses or they too thin skinned here? I've been banned here like 19 times over the years, so I'm bettin on the ladder. The bandit keepin the cooler full and trollin on!

I know which site that is, and yes they all troll each other that is their shtick, that post you are obviously just playing around, but I think you were seriously whining on this thread.

I've known a lot of quality waterfowl trolls in my lifetime, never heard one call their post a 'mega troll job'

What defines one as a quality troll, rather than just a run of the mill troll? Asking for a friend.
