I Sous vide short ribs for 27 hours, they were damn supple, then cooked down onions and red bell peppers. I then shredded the meat and cooked it down in some marinara sauce, served with ribbon pasta.

I haven't tried the Sous vide style of cooking yet. I guess I should get with the program.

That meal looks fantastic.
