Got a lot of guys asking about my jalapeño cilantro sauce I put on my tacos and corn. Made a little how to so you guys can try it out.

4 jalapeños seeded and devained (can leave a little if you like it hot)
Half a bunch of cilantro roughly chopped
1 like zested and squeezed
3/4 bottle of Mexican table cream
1/3 cup of mayo
Salt
Pepper
Chili powder
Cayenne pepper
Smoked paprika
Valentino’s chili lime seasoning
2 table spoons of olive oil

Throw it all in a blender on high until it is all pureed together and bottle it up for later use.

You can pair it with pretty much anything. This is what I paired it with tonight. Goes great on street tacos.

Longest it’s lasted is probably a week and a half until it’s empty. We use it on everything. I’m sure it would probably keep up to 3 weeks or so in an enclosed bottle.

But if I had to guess it would be something like this.
