Not that I know of. I have seen a 1022 modified to work with the CCI shot shells but that was with a much weaker recoil pring and you would not want to shoot standard 22lr from it

I tried CCI Quiet and a couple types of bird shot in a 10/22. No bueno. The closest I could get was very weak and very unreliable recoil spring. The best solution I found was a 10/22 single shot conversion kit but not worth the 100 bucks.
That project resulted in my first suppressor, the Sparrow. The absolute best work around.

The Federal brand shot shells with the crimped nose (instead of CCI's cup) will occasionally cycle my Marlin 60 but most often not.
When I want to use .22 shot shells, I run them through a cheap Heritage Rough Rider revolver. I paid $100 for my 4.75" You can get them in several barrel lengths from 3.5" to 9" - and now 16"
To dissuade smaller animals at 20 yards, I would use a slingshot - easy to control the power.
