How do you guys anchor a 4x4 box blind on the ground? Blind is just setting on the ground..

Go by a mobile home installer and get some of the 24x24 cement pad blocks and put lead anchor screws into the cement blocks on each corner of your blind.. You may be able to get the blocks cheaper at Home Depot or Lowes if they have them.

I don't anchor one that sits on the ground. Never had one blow over.

Drive a t-post on either side of it and then screw the t-post to the blind. Done this for years and never had any trouble with the blind being pushed around by the wind.

Drive a t-post on either side of it and then screw the t-post to the blind. Done this for years and never had any trouble with the blind being pushed around by the wind. Or just put one dead center on all four sides as close to the blind as you can get.

T-posts and slick wire. We have a 4x8 on a 12 foot stand that's made it through a couple hurricanes in south texas no worse for wear. I do believe there is a right and wrong way to tie one down though.
