The Jets are a better team with Darnold at QB for sure.. but Dallas is exhibiting the same issues they have had for years under Garrett. The team is not prepared well, not coached well and undisciplined. Jerrah has his puppet coach who isn't going anywhere, his 3rd rate QB, and the fans are stuck with unending mediocrity.

They did great at field goals except For one exception.

They all had to keep their mouths shut about it to keep their jobs.

Yeah but Jimmy had fire in him. I can still see his hair flopping up and down when he would be jumping a players butt for jumping off sides. He road their butts like Zorro, and because of it, they had their heads in the game. Discipline plain and simple. If they screwed up, then when they got back to valley ranch they had to run laps. Big ol 300lb guys running laps like they were in high school. It was humiliating and it sucked.

Barry Switzer had a little fire, but not respect from the players.

The only time you see Garrett get fired up is when he throws a challenge flag... never at his holding his players accountable.
