Hello, Thought I'd post a build thread of my Glock 17 Gen 3. Purchased used but not abused.



Has a Rockslide USA RS2 Slide with vents, Stainless steel parts with extended mag release and slide catch. Burris Fastfire 3 was mounted via the rear sight and some JB weld so when I went shooting, it didn't hold up very long(was hit on the forehead lol).



SO! Decided to get the fastfire properly mounted and the slide and unknown magwell cerakoted tungsten grey.



Now I added a Killer Innovation Barrel and gen 4 comp. Rainier Arms stated the Gen 4 comp worked for gen 3 but that wasn't the case so I had to whip out the Dremel and edit the frame a bit.

Looks good. Are you planning on shooting competition with it, or just for fun?

I would like to dabble in the competition world, but for right now just for fun. I'm noob but I think its gonna be a good starting gun to get the fundamentals down.
