Ragweed count was 6.8 today, it's blooming everywhere down here. this stuff is killing me, sinus pressure plus headaches.
Allergy meds relieve it a bit, along with sudafed. nuts

6.8spc....it's a sign...now get out there and trudge through the stuff and kill something. It's good for you!

I used to hate rag weed season and I had it so bad that I had to get out of my tree stand because all I was doing was coughing and sneezing and no deer would come within a 1/4 miole of me.
I would go sit in my truck and roll the windows up and watch the deer from a distance all while coughing and sneezing.
I tried everything over the counter and finally I started taking Vitamin C every day and have for the past ten years or so and now I rarely get a cold or just get a slight itching nose if the rag weed is all around me.
I can now wade through the stuff.
That's what I did and I preach it, and finally my brother tried it, and he said, "it worked" and I told him "what do you think I was telling you, just to hear myself talk?"
I'll tell anyone, it's your choice, take a tablet a day 365 days from now on, or suffer!

Once i learned that i didn't "NEED" to kill something, and that if i did kill something all the fun stopped and work began, i was a much better hunter.

Best natural feed for wild bobwhite quail in the world.

Quail hunting is like walking into, and out of a beautiful painting all day long. Gene Hill

When I go to the grocery store I buy the biggest bottle they have of 1000 mg tablets.
Don't stop taking just because you start feeling better. Maybe you can get by starting taking the tablets a few months before rag weed comes in which is around August when I would be able to tell it was getting close.
I just take them daily year around along with my other meds and supplements.

I use to take Vit C every now and then. This is a good reason to take it daily.
