My daughter's smile Seeing a soldier coming home and surprising his family My silly dog Watching my granddaughter winning Reserve Grand Champion Longhorn Bull Watching my grandson do just about anything My wife (not always a smile but mostly) Watching deer come in to the feeders Dropping a hog or coyote or white tail buck in their tracks The silly jokes the preacher makes at church Too many to list really. I nearly checked out of this life 3 times in the last 3 years and am just happy to still be here. Smiling is much easier than frowning. 
People sleep peaceably in their beds at night only because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf

The smell of Hoppe's Gun Oil and cold fronts with precipitation.
What really puts a smile on my face is waking up early in the morning when both boys are home from college and knowing we are all together. They both haven't been home at the same time since Christmas.

Take out fishing, and define a successful hunt. For me the definition is no one got hurt and nothing was lost or broken.
Never been to a camping world. I prefer Dick's to be honest.
