Made me sick reading the story. Told my wife about it and she asked why would someone do something like that. All I could say was that there are evil people in the world and hope the responsible party is caught before there are other victims.

Any chance it got hung in a fence? I've seen a deer caught on barbwire skinned itself from mid back down it's back legs.
