Looking at the Mahindra ROXOR for a ranch / hunting vehicle just not to sure on the diesel engine being quiet enough. Anyone have any experience with one?

No front locker or rear locker

Limited suspension travel

Not street legal

I personally think for the money there are better UTV options, infact I think their partner utv is a better option

Kinda what I'm seeing without actually driving one, I think a better option would be a older Tacoma or something similar with a cab, heat, and AC. I have no need for a locker, standard 4x4 is plenty enough for what I'm doing, south texas sendaros mostly dust 90% of the time and get a little slick in the rain but nothing to boggy.

Hello Hunters!

I want to reach out and offer my services in anyway possible. Mahindra Roxor is undoubtedly the best value on the market when it comes to investing in an offroad hunting or ranching vehicle. If anyone has any questions at all, please ask me. I have several Roxors that are ready to hit the dirt right now. 16,000 out the door. That includes tax title and license. If you are ag exempt then you are looking at 15000 out the door!! best deal possible on brand new 2019 Roxor base model!! good luck to all and please dont hesitate to contact me for information on Mahindra Roxor, or Can-Am and Yamaha machines.. Thank you

I just got back from Idaho elk hunting on a private 10k acre ranch. They run Polaris, Can Am and Kawasaki side by sides. They bought a Roxor. The feedback from the hunting guides was that it was great. They felt it was more solid and had more ground clearance than the UTV’s. However the biggest drawback was the ability to load a field dressed elk in the back. The ‘bed’ is smaller and narrower than the UTV. So they only used it for mule deer hunting. Hope this helps.

This. Or you could get a 90's model and really trick it out. And drive it on the highway if you so choose. See no use in an offroad-only jeep personally.

I’ve been in a Polaris with an A/C and heater.

Don't think anybody ever mentioned a new jeep. Jeep a few years old, 90's model jeep, and the brand new Mahindra Roxor were mentioned in the $15,000 price range.

Take a Roxor and a 90's model jeep and run it around the pasture beating the hell out of it and see which one comes out still running with all the exterior and drive line parts still intact.

I'll take the Jeep. For the same price I can buy a nice TJ and put good enough suspension on it that I would be much more comfortable in it.

For the price of a 2019 1100 crew with a cab Northstar you can buy a new Jeep.

Just looked at a 2010 2 door Wrangler with 7k miles on it for $15k. No need to go back 25 years.

You can’t buy a loaded Jeep crew cab for $21,000. That’s what my friend paid for his Northstar Polaris Ranger crew.

I can get a mule pro, Polaris and Canam with heater for less then 15k NEW

I’ve owned three jeeps starting with a Willis. I’ll take a mule pro over ANY Jeep model for off pavement use..

Narrower, lighter, more suspension travel, and 50x easier to tow.

Only upside to the Roxor is Willis type nostalgia

bs
HVAC and cab is a $9k option for the Mule.
MSRP on the Ranger Crew Northstar is $27k.
The Can-Am is higher than either.
You're saying you can get any of these three for almost HALF off MSRP?
