No front locker or rear locker
Limited suspension travel
Not street legal
I personally think for the money there are better UTV options, infact I think their partner utv is a better option

Kinda what I'm seeing without actually driving one, I think a better option would be a older Tacoma or something similar with a cab, heat, and AC. I have no need for a locker, standard 4x4 is plenty enough for what I'm doing, south texas sendaros mostly dust 90% of the time and get a little slick in the rain but nothing to boggy.

Hello Hunters!
I want to reach out and offer my services in anyway possible. Mahindra Roxor is undoubtedly the best value on the market when it comes to investing in an offroad hunting or ranching vehicle. If anyone has any questions at all, please ask me. I have several Roxors that are ready to hit the dirt right now. 16,000 out the door. That includes tax title and license. If you are ag exempt then you are looking at 15000 out the door!! best deal possible on brand new 2019 Roxor base model!! good luck to all and please dont hesitate to contact me for information on Mahindra Roxor, or Can-Am and Yamaha machines.. Thank you

I just got back from Idaho elk hunting on a private 10k acre ranch. They run Polaris, Can Am and Kawasaki side by sides. They bought a Roxor. The feedback from the hunting guides was that it was great. They felt it was more solid and had more ground clearance than the UTV’s. However the biggest drawback was the ability to load a field dressed elk in the back. The ‘bed’ is smaller and narrower than the UTV. So they only used it for mule deer hunting. Hope this helps.

Can get an actual Jeep that's a few years old for the same or less.
Just to make sure that it is done thoroughly, I go both ways.

I'll take the Jeep. For the same price I can buy a nice TJ and put good enough suspension on it that I would be much more comfortable in it.

You can’t buy a loaded Jeep crew cab for $21,000. That’s what my friend paid for his Northstar Polaris Ranger crew.

I can get a mule pro, Polaris and Canam with heater for less then 15k NEW I’ve owned three jeeps starting with a Willis. I’ll take a mule pro over ANY Jeep model for off pavement use.. Narrower, lighter, more suspension travel, and 50x easier to tow. Only upside to the Roxor is Willis type nostalgia

Defender cab models start at 22k for the single row seating. The max (6 seater) cab models start at around 27k, while the limited (has AC) starts around 28k...all numbers being retail.

You're saying you can get any of these three for almost HALF off MSRP? Sorry was hunting Mule deer, via a heated mule pro Before you call BS might want to re-read exactly what I said....so try again..... mule pro heater is $900(installed) I know for a fact because I HAVE a heated mule pro ftx, I just bought it last month. You can get mule pro w/heater for a FACT <15k, I have invoice and 5 other quotes to prove it. You can get heater added to Polaris and Canam for about the same, got quotes on those too As far as the AC/Heat cab that’s through Curtis as Kawasaki Warranted product. I talked to Kawa, kawa warranties it I Got quotes on all three (HD10, polaris 1000xp, mule pro) W/cab ac & heat and no cab w/heater As with the Mule, Polaris, and Canam you can get a heater with out a hard cab, Infact the cab is additional add on just like the Roxor and Jeep. Roxor Ac\heat is $1600(plus install)with NO CAB. Hard and soft enclosures are another add on. Full hard cab for Roxor is 5899+1600(for ac/heater) Soft cab for Roxor is 1499 plus Windshield(874) You can get a mule pro w/heater(installed) paying full MRSP for <15k

if it does not have a full dust proof cab with AC/heat/radio/wipers/defrost/hydrolic bed then I want nothing to do with it - my Kubota 1100 in deep south texas does the job for me - 18K

Get a used Tacoma TRD, put in an ARB air drive locker, a hunting rack, bias ply M&S tires and then a small winch in the bed near the cab. That'll cost you way less than $15K. The one pictured is an 02 with about 155,000 miles on it. With the locking front and rear differentials providing TRUE 4WD, it will drive up a telephone pole. Having the winch in the rear will assist you with getting anything in the bed. Oh yeah, the A/C, heat and windshield don't suck either.

Sharp shooters are great for pulling out the mud dams in front of your tires, killing rattlers and holding down your shirts when you bring them back from the laundry in the bed of your P/U.

We looked at them and thought i really wanted one. Then realized no lockers and payload is only 349 lbs. That's 7 sacks of corn with no gear, high rack nothing. Found an 07 4 door Rubicon on 35's, LED's, 488 gears, Full hard top, full skid plate underbelly 150k miles tagged, stickered daily driver/Mall Crawler for $20k. He's tickled and I'm set!!!

I was going to look up what a Kubota 1100 with air, heat, hydraulic bed, and doors cost, but tlk answered before I could ask. My Kubota, which I’ve mentioned on here a bunch of times, and which I bought used, has to be at least 15 years old. I don’t have air, heat or doors, but it has been bulletproof. It isn’t getting any prettier. It’s dusty and muddy and faded, but the thing keeps on going. No repairs have been needed in those 15 years. Well, I did replace a headlight bulb, so maintenance costs are probably about $3, not counting oil and filters.
I saw a new Honda 1000 side by side last weekend. It had doors and looked nice, and air and heat could be added, but the bed was plastic. It was hydraulic to dump, but putting it back down was manual. Probably fun to ride around in, but for serious work, get a Kubota diesel side by side. I still want to trade mine in on one with air and heat, but the wife says the Kubota is her little dump truck and it isn’t going anywhere.
15 years. 3$ for repairs. Total. In full disclosure, the wife did break the glass windshield about 10 years ago. That was expensive, but replacing it was easy, and it wasn’t the machine’s fault.
