I have a copper water line running from my house to a detached garage. I finally found the valve buried in the ground and to my surprise it works great. However, when I turn it on water is leaking from somewhere just within the foundation. So, what are my options of running a new water line from the valve (outside) into the garage space?

Least cost would be to tie on to existing line near the foundation and run it to weather proof faucet. Possible I stall in a group d valve box buried in the ground.

If its looped up near the edge of the foundation I would just dig it out and fix with pex. Be sure to wrap all of your pex joint with plastic and then tape.
