The early 3-0 record is turning out to be a case of Pyrite (Fool's Gold) I'm afraid. The Garrett Cowboys have had a good record against sub-500 teams in his term but not so good against those above .500. This team looks to be another 8-8 to 9-7 team when it's all said and done and possibly chasing a Wildcard spot and since the NFC East is down pretty good, outside chance of beating Philly for the NFC East title but will not make a deep run in playoffs if they do.

I'm a sore looser, I dont watch the games, I record them. If the Cowboys win, I'll watch. If they lose, I will delete the game and watch the local sports re-cap shows. Especially The OT with Nate Newton and Brian Boadus. They always can talk me off the ledge. They have the voice of reason.

I hope that the Rangers can get some pitching now that they have the new stadium that's air conditioned. These days pitchers with options don't want to come to Texas and pitch in the heat. It's worked for the Astros!

Going to have to open up the wallet some too for front line pitching. Guys like Cole, Morton, Buehler and others come at $25M-+ a year. $10-$15M isn't going to touch any of those guys

Same with offensive firepower too
