Pure greatness.

I’ve never cooked scallops before. Partially because I’ve heard they are really easy to over cook. I have a sous vide so I might try that method with scallops. How did you prepare them?

I've done them like shrimp scampi. Been too long.

I did then 130 for 30 min, then 45 seconds on each side in a hot pan with butter. They came out pretty good, I found recipes as low as 123 for 30.
