Been surprised at how few "tracking dog needed" posts there have been this year
Maybe better shooting
Sombody smells like fried borritos...

Monday I picked up a business card of a guy that does tracking, but it's 'cause it had a great picture on it and I wanted to show Bebe the Wonder Dog what Blue Lacys are actually SUPPOSED to do.

Monday I picked up a business card of a guy that does tracking, but it's 'cause it had a great picture on it and I wanted to show Bebe the Wonder Dog what Blue Lacys are actually SUPPOSED to do. Roy Hindes came out to help us look for a deer and brought two of his blue lacys. We found the blood and the dogs hit the ground running. One of the dogs made a big half circle and came back to us. He sat next to us the rest of the time while the other dog found the deer

He told me one time that he was not sure what the breed of dogs they used to track deer/work cattle really are. He said that since they are cross they started with a very long time ago it was really hard to say what breed they are.

We have done 2 jobs in Grayson county so far but I am hoping for a couple this weekend.
