Janie got me wanting to post this. I have a Sparc AR red dot and the screw you use to tighten the mount was starting to strip. Emailed them last night about it and this morning got a response. They are sending me a new mount for free. Good service.

I've used them once when my razor broke. They were nothing short of stellar. Scope was out of my possession a total of 7 days.

I have never had to use them for warranty purposes but I have called a few times with technical questions and they are always eager to help.

I have used Nightforce/Zeiss/Leupold/Bushnell/Weaver/Minox/Athlon and Vortex CS all equal number of times.

Sent a scope in I feel the reticle was misaligned in a while back. They inspected, disassembled, reassembled and tested it said there was nothing wrong with it and sent it back. What do you know after I got it back it doesn't have the issue with me anymore. Its "fixed" and I was only out the shipping to get it to them so im a happy camper.
I did buy a vortex range finder because they are the only ones that warranty them past a year or so. My little boy dropped mine from waist height on bare concrete floor. As I bent down to pick it up I was glad I made that decision, but it still works like a charm.
