Had both knees done at the end of May & have been in some form of PT rehab ever since. At the rehab clinic where I go on the last visit they have you bang a gong on the way out the door. The first time I seen this happen was a little old 92 yo lady about 5ft nothing that had been rehabbing a broken wrist. And on the way out her therapist had her ring the gong . We all gave her a standing ovation. Well today when it was my turn: I beat the heck out of that gong!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL scared some of the patients that had no idea what was going on. Been working on getting finished in time for hunting season - got to keep your priorities in sight!!

Congratulations, did CBD help any? I used combination of CBD oil you mix with water and drink / CBD paste you apply to skin while waiting for surgery & it did help. Also used the CBD paste after surgery to reduce scar tissue & promote healing on the incisions . I guess it worked they look as good as scars possible can.
