Doesn't matter how much or little time she gets Dallas will burn. As a person in congress used this term it must be Oh Kay, some people will not be happy either way. The jury needs to decide that I haven't heard all the evidence

Oh boy, I heard 5-6 folks talking loudly about this case in Walmart Friday afternoon. I thought oh crap has a verdict been rendered??? If so I was not in a optimal location.

No less than 5 years straight time.

5 to 10, much of it probated

2-5 in house, 5 more on probation. 10 yr. total

There have been far worse scenarios that the person received nothing but probation. But on the other hand, there has also been a lot of scenarios that were less tragic that the person received the "max" punishment. I am glad I am not on the jury that has to make this decision.

The circumstances are so odd and opinions of them vary to such a degree, I now predict a mistrial due to a hung jury.

This case is so over hyped just because the victim is black. My guess is that she will receive more punishment than she deserves.

More people are going to die because of this no matter what the jury decides. Hopefully those deaths are justly adjudicated.

Get the cameras ready. Make sure there is lots of storage space and the lenses are clean and the microphones work. We need high resolution video and pictures, not the typical UFO or Bigfoot grainy stuff.

I’m sure race does play a part in it for a lot of people. A lot of people, however, are simply concerned about a man who was shot in his own home, minding his own business. I’d say that is kind of a big deal, even if it was a mistake.

How does this case compare to a warrant being served at the wrong address and people getting shot and killed?
