What temp and for how long? Those look amazing!
Using my Traeger, I smoked them for about 45.mins and then cranked the temp up to 350 and cooked them about 1 hr more. I was checking them at about the 35 min mark and basted with BBQ sauce about 20 mins before I pulled them. I let them hit 165-170 degrees before pulling them. They were some good sized legs so the temp probe was useful as they needed a bit longer cook time than I expected.
