Most here might not know my entire back story so I’ll just say this, the past few years have been quite challenging for me to even get away for a few days with the boys, no matter the destination or subject matter. It’s just been tight or just not the right time, and it would always end in a pretty good bickering argument to say the least.

Rewind all the way back to the Epic Goose Hunt that I somehow lucked my way into, allowing me to meet some of the most top notch dudes I’ve ever met. I just can’t say anything negative about any of them. Not 1. I’m still flabbergasted and humbled to know them all still, and that list keeps growing.

Now FF when I saw a member(SapperTitan) did some work and was very happy with the results. That’s another member I feel is very trustworthy, top notch guy so I payed attention.

Well after realizing the dream to buy my Grandfather’s place was MY dream only, it was time to just do a refi on our current home, so I made the call to Ramsey, who I’ve always seen on here and had met at the goose hunt(still laughing about that too) and have met a few times since at rifle and clay shoots. Either way, I can’t even begin to tell you how painless this entire thing was, especially with my wife being VERY particular and hands on with these type of things, to say the very least. When I hear “I don’t understand” I know to just walk away.

Since my initial inquiry, all the way to the signing, I cannot even begin to emphasize how knowledgeable this guy is, in turn making my wife tooootally comfy with every part of the process. If we had a question, he was right there with answers. Not just answers, but answers backed up with facts, ALONG with other ways of saving $ dealing with this house. Insert a little schooling about credit karma too. All in all because we used Ramsey for our home refi, he saved us 2 monthly payments and $350/mo from then on, doing what he did. My wife couldn’t have been happier and that’s damn near impossible, believe me on this.

ALL of this led to a never heard before promise made to me by my wife as we left the title company signing, to not give me ANY grief before, during or after a dove hunt we all went on recently the 6th-8th. This may sound minuscule to some of you, who get to break away whenever you like, I just can’t. Not for a while anyway. I shot 6 stinkin’ birds in 4 different sits and I could absolutely care less. I needed that weekend, bad. What I did get from the misses were awesome cute pics and videos of our 1yr old walking everywhere or playing with his older brother. It was the most peaceful weekend I’ve had in God knows when and I truly owe Ramsey a huge, heart felt Thank You for taking care of us to the level you did. You’re a good man that does what you say you will 100% of the time. This trait is rare nowadays.

I can honestly say that you are one of the best people I’ve ever known. Thank you for all of the gifts that you took the time to make for me and my kids. My little boy is still proud of the slings that you made for him on the dove hunt for his Nerf guns. Means a lot. You’re a hell of a guy amigo.

Ramsey’s the real deal for sure. Was good seeing you get some R&R last weekend. Maybe we’ll even incorporate dove into next years dove hunt.

Since it’s such a long read- here’s the cliff notes.

I met Ramsey a while back. Numerous people vouched for his character. I already knew but further validation never hurts. I used him for my home refinance. He went above and beyond what was expected. The wife was super happy. He brought a sense of peace and tranquility to my home that was very much needed and I’ll always appreciate him for it. The End

Rams is good people when he wants to be. SOB gets under my skin through text messages though LMAO.

FYI he does not do land deals or construction loans, but he will do everything in his power to point you in the right direction.
