Went out to the lease to hunt some dove this weekend. Birds were not flying in Brady. I think we saw about 5 dove the whole time we were there...

We did get to test out one of the lease members new setups: 300 blackout with silencer and thermal scope. Man that thing sounds like a 22! He dropped a boar on Sat night at about 100 yards and he never knew what hit him.

Other than that we topped off all the feeders with corn and pulled the trail cam pics. Sorry about the dates on the low quality pics. Cheap camera that will not hold the date/time but it's setup on a game trail leading to my setup.

Lots of other pics with does and fawns and it seem like every doe we saw in person has a fawn with her. Looks like a really good year for the fawn crop.

If I could stand it, I would wait at least 1 more year just to see what happens and maybe even 2 but great buck none the less.

It's possible. The sheds had some trash around the base of the brow tines. I had a small card in my cameras and ran out of space before he shed velvet. Hopefully Ill know more when I pull the cards next week.

Actually, I just looked at the sheds again. There is a broken G5 on the left. There is a really good chance this is the same deer.

It looks the same to me and it also has that same little bump/point off of the left burr below the brow tine.
