I’ve always liked the Mil-Quad from SWFA but the SKMR is very clean and for my brain the fastest one I’ve laid eyes on. What’s your favorite?

Simple and clean with a way to hold for wind, but no holdover marks for me. I am still trying to decide if I'd be okay with 0.2 marks on the horizontal.... seems like that is the way the industry is going. Until I make my mind up on that, my criteria is hash marks for each 0.5 and 1.0 mil. I definitely like a floating center dot too.

Love that one. I have a bushnell with the dot and it’s great.

Well, it depends. For dialing elevation (which is modt of the time) Nightforce Mil-C. I can hold very precisely, down to the .1 Mil of wind.

For making pure holds, I like my Bushnell G-2. And, Nighforce expanded on the Mil-C with the Mil-XT adding elevation and wind dots in the tree format.

H-59, I want no part of. Way too cluttered.

If I was looking at the Christmas Trees I still like the SKMR3. Their reticles is one thing that keeps drawing me closer to a Kahles. I think it’s just the addition of numbers that I like coupled with a clean reticle. It seems really fast. Of course practice with any of them will result in the same fast targeting.

Having numbers every 2 Mils is handy. I don't know anyone that has shot with holds, and accidentally been a full Mil off at some point.

My favorite is the Nightforce MLR reticle. It's very clean and easy to use. I bought 2 of these scopes as they were discontinuing this reticle. Anything Horus or Christmas tree style is not for me.

And for MOA, the NF NP-R1 is a great MOA reticle. I still have one scope in MOA with this reticle in it! But I think that may change real soon.

I like the Christmas tree style. Not that I do it often, but it's good for holds without dialing.

H59 is my current favorite but for hunting the meat and potatoes gen2xr is nice. Mr4 is pretty sweet too. I'm probably going to end up with a milxt at some point which is basically a h59 and milc combination. Liked everything about the gen3xr except the center main aiming dot is too big for my taste.

So far I have been very happy with the APRS1 in my Athlon.

I think maybe the SKMR3 is my favorite right now. I have been using the Mil-XT NF lately and it’s OK but for hunting a little too much.

The 4" x 4" plate at 800 yards is .17 Mil.

It can be hit with that scope, did it last week.

Is the small reticle off to the side for ranging purposes?

"Measuring" would be a more appropriate term, but yes, you could range with it as well.
